📦 Orders & Shipping

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Our standard UK delivery usually takes 5-11 working days. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, Monday to Friday. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order is on its way!

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! We offer free UK delivery on orders over £30 For smaller orders, standard shipping is just £4.95.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We currently only ship within United Kingdom, If your country isn’t listed, contact us and we’ll see what we can do!

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Absolutely! Once your order is dispatched, you’ll get a tracking link via email. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • PayPal

  • Bank Transfer

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please note that your order will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full. This may affect dispatch time depending on your bank's processing speed. We recommend using card or PayPal for faster order processing.

Q: What if an item I want is out of stock?
A: We're sorry! Some of our most popular products do sell out fast. Feel free to contact us for restock updates.

Q: Are your products safe for all pets?
A: All our products are carefully selected for safety and quality. If your pet has allergies or special needs, please check product descriptions or contact us before purchasing.

Q: Can I suggest a product for your store?
A: Yes please! We love discovering new things for our furry friends. Drop us a message or DM us with your suggestion.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Q: What’s your return policy?
A: We offer hassle-free returns within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. For full details, check our Returns Policy.

Q: My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
A: Oh no, we’re so sorry! Please email us at orders@goodfurry.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we’ll sort it right away.

Q: Can I exchange a product?
A: Yes, if the item is unused and in original condition. Just email us and we’ll walk you through the process.
